Toronto based female athlete and trainer focused on sharing my passion for fitness by empowering individuals towards leading a healthier and happier life.

Welcome to my website! I am a female athlete based in the greater Toronto area currently pursuing my passion for fitness through personal training as well my goal to be a successful bikini competitor.

With extensive training and nutrition experience of over 3 years, I decided I wanted to share the way fitness has changed and empowered my own life, with others. Through fitness, I have been able to break though prior physical and mental boundaries. It has brought me new levels of confidence, happiness and overall well-being. In my opinion, fitness is one of the truest forms of self-appreciation and care. Thats why its sometimes referred to as therapy! 

My goal is to help others find similar change and inspiration through leading a healthier lifestyle, whether it be through nutrition or training. I love helping others reach their personal goals through working with them to create personalized plans according to their individual lifestyle. I offer both online and in-person training programs as well as nutritional/macronutrient guidance and/or set meal plans.
